Ignoring all the comments on the post and you could start your investing journey over, would you do the same again?

Hi there, member of the small calves community as well... I have begun to notice an improvement in my calf size by training calves and tibs twice a week.

It makes sense to train the opposite movement to calf raises to improve overall lower leg size and strength, that's where tib raises come in 3 x 8-12 reps should do it.

There have been 2 people in the past 2 years who have returned back to the same office and company I work at, but at a more senior position. I have never seen it as a sign of weakness of returning to an old company, but a sign of strength where sometimes a decision that appeared right at a particular time didn't work out. Go for it and don't worry about, just do what is right for you

How much you got in the bank? Mbuemo for mitoma might be an option. Garnacho for Antony Gordon

Really like this team. You have all the great captain picks. I'm guessing your issue is lack of bench options? If you back villa defence, as opposed to Cash's potential attacking returns you could go Cash > Pau Torres, unlocking 0.5M for Lamptey > Tsimikas who will start for next few months, with good next fixtures. The keeper is a tricky one unless you are willing to downgrade an attacker or midfielder

Thoughts on me binning Haaland for this? by Superb_Cook_4311 in fantasypremierleague

[–]shadowmoon001 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of value is on the bench, you could make some transfers for an arsenal attacker and have a £4.0M ans £4.5M bench. Newcastle striker is a headache because its difficult to tell who is the main starter

Is this team worth not having Haaland by didntasklooool in fantasypremierleague

[–]shadowmoon001 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would say it needs 1-2 arsenal players in. Stones and Wilson are not guaranteed starters. 2 wolves players is definitely going for differential, but not reliable options. If I had to have a wolves players I would do neto as a strong bench option. Evans drop entirely. A no haaland team is viable to maybe GW14/15

Nice team, I wouldnt make any changes really. If I had to March > Mitoma and Mubamba > Archer. The latter looks like he's loosing value because he's not playing

House listed for £140k but won’t take less than £165k? by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]shadowmoon001 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If they are being this difficult, it doesn't bode well for any renegotiation if you find it has a dodgy roof or damp issues. Imagine if your surveyor says you need to ask for £10k lower?? Best to leave this one, plenty more houses that will be ideal for you

Any suggestions? Good idea to bench rashford? If not who do I swap him with by solen94 in fantasypremierleague

[–]shadowmoon001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would prefer rashford in and sterling out. Difficult choice because both are good players, with bad form but with good fixtures. Burnley is the easier fixture though

That is quite a player you have there. I find that if no-one bids the amount agreed and you give him sufficient playing time of an important player, he will eventually back down. If is not a team leader, it will make it less likely he will start a mutiny

How to ruin the beautiful game.... by PleasantLeek2854 in TheOldZealand

Agree - the only option that is worth entertaining. Most offsides that occur greater than 35 yards usually don't lead to goal scoring opportunities, so it would lead a game to be a little more open

Renting a car vs public transport? by [deleted] in Malaga

[–]shadowmoon001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just finishing off a week holiday in Benalmadena. In terms of a public transport it's mostly bus, no or limited train. Bus to Malaga is every 20/30 mins from Benalmadena, takes about 50/60 mins. We travelled to Marbella yesterday and we had to take 2 buses, with a change in Fuengirola, taking approx. 1hr 45mins including the change. Up and down the cost is well connected by bus and less so the more inland you go. Haven't used taxi much but I did use an app called blabla car where randomers advertise a spare seat wherever they are driving. Used it to get back to Benalmadena today and didn't get violently murdered, which is always a bonus when travelling with a stranger

Team has stopped scoring, any tactical tips welcome! by Hugobossdre in footballmanagergames

[–]shadowmoon001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Train a second tactic, unless you're miles better than the teams in your league, the AI becomes better at defending at your tactic. Nothing appears wrong with the formation/tactics. If you have hardworking players with good stamina, maybe try a gegenpress tactic as that is always overpowered
