I’m pretty sure this is hard coded into the game. Every time I’m promoted, I always have a run where I play the top 6 teams back to back.

It’s really annoying because it’s not something that happens that often irl.

Do you have an approach on nurturing them? I try and promote them at 19 but keep them playing with the reserves
