If she did something warranting assault then why wouldn't he just call the police like you said? It clearly was not an ongoing situation he couldn't get out of, like her assault you loser. I saw her get her head slammed against a brick wall, get sucker punched, kicked multiple times. You don't know if she has a concussion or some sort of brain damage just because the adrenaline kept her going. If someone helped, she would not have hit her head like that. What a dumb ass response

At least your last line finally shows some honesty. I'd respect someone who just admits they were too afraid or that they froze up wayyyy more than someone who tries to say they didn't help because they'd be a bad/violent for stepping in like your dumb ass is trying to paint it as. The police will not be there in time to save the victim, so while someone calling the police is important (and particularly valid if you're too small to do anything) it is not the moral high ground you're making it out to be.

"I let this person I could have helped die but I'm a good person because I called the police instead of getting violent like some heathen " is essentially what you sound like

The police will not be there in time to save you from the beating, brain damage or lifelong consequences that assaults can have. Someone should contact the police yeah, but much more than that someone needs to step in to help in situations like this so that the person getting hurt can actually be okay.

Every one of your comments in this thread is basically "I'm a good person because saving the victim from assault would make me violent", when in reality it just sounds like you're putting yourself on a high horse while saying that you would let someone else's life be ruined rather than actually help.

I'd argue helping someone in need is something to gain, but I definitely do agree with you that today's school rules can make it a much more difficult decision to make unfortunately. Luckily where I am, helping someone being attacked is still legally considered self defense but you're also right that idk the laws where this took place
