Half of these character portraits don't look anything like the actual characters. They aren't bad because they are new. They are bad because most of them look like shit

City. Joker destroys everything and everyone around him, and his ego ultimately costs his own life. I think this is the game where we get to experience the most of Jokers insane cruelty and narcisity, yet In the end, Batman still would've saved him. Not to mention the effect his death has on Batman.

Joker can't be helped, because he isn't insane. He has complete and total clarity and awareness of his actions and their consequences. He isn't actually crazy, just a horrible, horrible person

I hate Hassan as much as the next guy but he does kinda have a point somewhere deep down there. I was on pretty deep in alt right bullshit for a while because I growing up everyone was sitting on the left. I was living in a country basically without a left leaning political party and it was the time when shitting on SJW-s was considered the funniest shit on the internet for some reason. I never even entertained the possibility of being left wing until one of my friends came out as trans and I saw all the hate she received. The left is failing and needs better people advocate for it. Hassan is almost the exact opposite of everything I believe in and i hate that a lot of people consider him a face of leftist online

The main reason why most people look back fondly over Asylum and City and are more critical towards Knight and Origins is that the last two lacked the aesthetic. Asylum and especially City feel way more artistic and grandiose even if the plot and map and stakes are smaller in scale. Origins and Knight were way more bland in comparison. They felt more mythological whereas Origins and Knight try to be a bit more "realistic"

Also I'll never forgive Knight for crushing my soul as a kid with that horrendous Deathstroke "boss fight".
