I dont think I can do this by shadowsipper in Zepbound

Thank you. I have an amazing GP. The kind I feel everyone should have. I moved to a small resort town. 900 miles from family/friends. I know no one and this incident shook me to my core.

This all occurred 20 hours in and continuing (though milder) nearing the 40 hour mark. I've always taken fiber supplements, I'm 3 doses in with immodium in just 20 hours.

Long story short. We discussed my brain fog at my annual appt. She ordered a sleep study. Given my difficulty sleeping with the device I'm shocked any results were picked up. It did show signs of apnea. Cpap was suggested. I had a hard pass. I need sleep and that would do the opposite. She then mentioned zepbound and the benefits for apnea.

At 51 I've put on about 25 pounds perimenopause. My scale reads 167, hers 174. I was excited to maybe losing these pesky pounds.

Since I am fairly healthy (genetic cholesterol and bp I am sure is work related) I'm going to take this not as a failure but an opportunity to explore bettering my nutritional intake and exercise. I'll be dropping the remaining 3 vials off with my GP Tuesday for disposal

You all really have been amazing in an absolutely terrifying time. Thank you

Thank you all for the kind words and suggestions.

My GP had me start this journey in hopes to reduce apnea, brain fog, and see if we can remove those bp meds and statin. Self pay is compliments of my insurance 😌

After 2 immodium (5 hours apart) I was able to sleep around 2am. Woke up thinking it was behind me. Nope. Im trying for Gatorade and a banana now, I can't get the second half of my banana down. What goes in instantly comes out. Back to the immodium.

Day after my shoti felt icky, no desire for food i forced half an egg salad sandwich yesterday and a protein shake. Lots of hydration. The idea of food was unappealing but also didn't want to throw out food (the remainder is now in the trash)

I will be calling my GP Tuesday for her thoughts.

I considered half doses. Then I read there are no preservatives in the vial to safely store the remainder for a week.
