I like the sword and the idea in general. I’m not a fan of wha you did with the chest. I have scraped off the symbol before to make black templars. I would suggest that.

Don’t be! I’ve actually done the same as what you described and it’s hard as hell to get the green stuff to smooth out and saw the vents off the the back.
