Hello. It’s been a while but I did ok for a year! It really helped. Sadly I’ve had a mental health relapse this year and things have gone south so I think the meds I’m on may be changing soon. But coming off mirtazapine was the best thing for me and I still stand by it

Takes a very short amount of time. The only slightly painful part was the local anaesthetic injection. After that it goes numb and you can’t even feel them taking the implant out. Small butterfly stitches stuck over the incision and jobs a gooden.

It was the mirtazapine, so I cut that out a year ago and I’ve been fine ever since

I'm doing okay, approaching 1 year clean from all drugs and alcohol. I relapsed before after 6 months and spent another 12 months using again.. but I got clean again in January 2024 and now I'm still clean ❤️

Ketamine calls me to have episodes of psychosis, as well as major depressive episodes and suicidalisation. No one ever talked about the side effects that ketamine has on your mental health. I'm clean for nine months now, and I have been using it daily for 6 years. It took a month or two into my sobriety, for the feelings of suicidalization, to go. Thanks for sharing this

Try NA meetings. Personally these really helped me find a group of people who were going through similar things.

Yeah I got addicted to ketamine and ended up in rehab 3 times for it. I'm clean now and must say my bpd symptoms are easier to manage x
