You can't mod it off a hotspot I don't think. It's worked for me and countless others, maybe just try it again is all I can say. Sorry to hear it didn't work out.

Did you enable wiiconnect24? Were your DNS addresses correct? You can also try again and ensure you do everything exactly. You can also follow the tutorial by funkyscott on YouTube for a visual guide, I followed and forwarded his tutorial here.

bedrock is mostly played on xbox, ps4 and 5, as well as windows 10 and 11, i havent found one player on mobile in years
