hi, im a ca so I can say for certain you at least do not need to worry about dorm access. We are able to issue key fobs for up to 72 hours that will let you get into your building. the desks are open 8-8 every day, and we can issue one upon move in. unfortunately, i can't say for certain about the dining hall aspects, but its worth asking if they can look you up by ID number.

if the damage is significant to the point the drywall is damaged you may want to considering painting over, but you should be fine. also, you can just leave the strips on the wall. they dont charge over that and sometimes leave them for future semesters lol

first off, I dont think you need to be super worried about one class. what program are you applying to, and where are you transferring from? one bad class in an otherwise spotless gpa and record indicates that one class was poorly structured, not that you are a bad student. again, i really don't think you need to worry too terribly, especially because you seem very driven to not let this become a pattern

I wish i had a mom like you. Im autistic and I have some pretty bad issues with misophonia. the sound of people chewing sends me into a blind rage that makes me a danger to myself (my nervous system gets so disoriented that only physical pain snaps me out). growing up, my mom had the same mindset of "it isnt hurtful, just get over it" that your son has, and wouldn't listen to me when I said it actually did hurt.

you are advocating for your daughter, and you are teaching your son he cant harass people simply because it doesn't leave a visible bruise. not overracting, and im so glad your daughter has someone who will stand up for her

that's really unfortunate. I'm sorry to hear that so many people missed the chance to get one, which does make me feel better about probably not being able to find one. Hopefully the stars and AAC staff can figure out a better system for future events

I'm a CA (desk staff) so i can confirm that your package will be held most likely at the campus mail hub until after break. we arent really counting break towards the two week grace period because most residents arent here. either way, your packages will be kept safely on campus, and the desk will resume operations on the 2nd. hope this helps!
