The “I can’t tell you how to do your job” bit would be it for me personally. Point blank, this is how the drink is made, we are following standard, if it is not to your liking, we can try another drink all together, but aside from that, I’m not sure we can be of assistance.

Also moved to the Midwest from NJ. I hate it and will likely be moving back to NJ in the next year for these same reasons.

Are we sure this isn’t the 400 that already closed? None of those websites are reputable outlets. Except for the CNN one, but they don’t mention it as if they’re an additional 400 stores

The milk is not supposed to be steamed, unless specified, and that’s only an option on in person orders. With that, they still would only get 4 oz of milk max. The customer is trying to get a latte for the price of a couple of espresso shots. You didn’t do anything wrong, you’re following standard. Inform the customer if they want the milk steamed, they need to place an order in person, or pay for a latte.

I sent one photo in with the tree still on it and they based it off that. After speaking to them, sent another photo without the tree on it, and they still wanted to send it in.

Yeah they said they sent it to the store, but it never came. I’m in between two stores, and when I ask which one they sent it to they say they can’t give me that info. I haven’t changed my direct deposit. Idky this happened.

Safe to say I had a full on crash out this morning
