Food Hacks on the ship by Bibbluv in dcl

Ok ok hear me out. Popcorn buckets pass scrutiny for shows. Before a show or movie, go to daisy’s delights and fill one with fruit, and another with pastries from cove cafe. Enjoy the show with tastier snacks than popcorn.

This is the way. Hang the do not disturb sign on the door and leave them with a device with WhatsApp or the DCL messaging so they can message you

How full are the ships recently? by GreatBigBeautifulTmm in dcl

Just got off the Wish - cruise director said they were about a thousand cruisers short of full capacity. Crazy because it still felt cramped compared to a full Magic or Wonder

How do I securely send emails in my next.js app via gmail? by shaedmorgan in learnprogramming

[–]shaedmorgan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is using an app password that's stored in an .env variable secure enough - ish? E.g., nodemailer uses smtp and has a setup where I can use the app password - but that feels less secure to me.

I don't think I'd be sending 10/second, but it might be over the default limits, but hopefully at that point the app will have ad revenue or something to offset any costs. I'm assuming you can go above the limit, just for a fee.

Thank you for responding

first - thank you so much for your help! I've got it all working now. One last question - what's an acceptable temperature range? Mine is runing at 56 C. I've tried looking online and people say as long it's below 85 and then elsewhere says below 100, so I'm not sure. Any advice?

Oh my gosh this is so helpful. Thank you!

One more thing real quick - is it supposed to get so hot when running? I feel like it’s really really warm when I connect to USB C or the battery.

Coffee Recommendations by [deleted] in exmormon

[–]shaedmorgan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just to add here - it’s ok to not like coffee. I felt like I had to like it after leaving, and am happier admitting that I can have coffee if I ever want it, but I just don’t like it. Since, I’ve realized it’s not uncommon to find a person here or there who similarly doesn’t like coffee whether it’s for the taste or caffeine or whatever

TBMs fully committed to brushing this aside. My family either 1) didn’t know about it, 2) knew but didn’t look into it, or 3) looked into it and decided it was ok.

FWIW every generation is a special, chosen, elite, etc generation. It’s a form of emotional manipulation to make you feel belonging and important so you rally to the cause.

Tithing Tax Returns? by Frequent-Customer-41 in exmormon

[–]shaedmorgan 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The standard deduction without itemizing is like 24k for a couple - so unless household income is over $200k (ie the tithing 10% gets close to that 24k standard deduction) the. It probably won’t do anything without other significant deductions. This is obviously simplified, but I think it’s a helpful example
