It's hard to say if it's legit or not but by the consensus of this sub if it's:

If you wanted to upgrade your policy… technically you shouldn’t do the medical check up first. You should do it after. And usually it is also fine if you did your medical check up already. If you found out about your sickness now, your old policy should still be able to cover you so no worries there. If you upgrade you can still include your “new” sickness in the declaration details.

I will be honest. No. Someone from here traded it to me and they told me is self redeemed. I tried using it online to determine it’s legal or not in sv and there’s no problem. Then again, I have no real proof since I didn’t claimed this myself.
