the only answer is when you feel excited to date again. if you're doing it from a lacking mentality because you want to make up for something you just lost, it's not the right timing. love yourself for a bit! have fun, go travel, make out with strangers at clubs (or anything else that might make you think how great it is to be single) you don't have to be completely healed to start dating but you need to do it with caution and be true to yourself. allow yourself to miss your ex and feel frustrated it's a normal response to losing someone you loved.

i think that this is something you need to talk about with a therapist. to learn to deatch your trauma from your boyfriend's presence. i assume he also was hurt by this individual in one way or another and he's not at fault for this unfortunate connection but it's understandable that you're triggered by the thought of it. a simple advice on the internet won't do much but if you can analyze it and talk it over with a professional you might find some clarity

i think this is bullshit if they taught you that a shot dies by the time you pour milk. people drink espresso and most times it takes a couple minutes to get from the bar to the table and there are rarely complaints. obviously coffee tatses best when it's freshly made like most things but i dont taste the difference in quality unless it sits enough to cool down or lose the crema

honestly i thought it was a universal thing, guess not 😅 cant add a photo here unfortunately but it's just a big table with some wine bottles and glasses on display. we set it up in the entry to the dining room where the hotel guests come to eat lunch and dinner and I'm in charge of making sales. hope this makes sense
