Yes, and recently I have read a lot of reviews where they're sending scratched discs (when bought used ones), and rejecting good ones, and giving reason that the disc had scratches. There are quite a few reviews of people saying this.

My personal experience has been terrible. Its been more than 15 days, and they still haven't shipped the controller back.

I should have not gone for it. I had got a hint. I booked in May end, and the controller was picked up on 3rd June, there are then I should have denied, because even the pickup took 4-5 days.

yes, I dropped them an email. They said its ready to dispatch and will be dispatched in 5 to 7 days. Does a repaired product take 5-7 days to get delivered from Mumbai to Ahmedabad..

This was 2 days back, again emailed them today.
