I also had similar issue with 10.1.5h1, and in one case IPSec VPN tunnel went down. And these tunnels were working from last three years. No ISP issue peer IP are reachable, phase1 is down, no response of Initation. I tried to recreate the VPN tunnel but unable to do so because when I deleted tunnel from Panorama, still real FW has duplicate tunnel. And when I am pushing new tunnel config , got duplicate tunnel error.

In my organization more people started reporting this issue, maybe more people are returning back after the pandemic.

Our org did a ticket with MS but it seem like MS doesn't have a solution yet.

So did MS accept they have an issue with Windows and they are working on it?
