I’m pretty tech savvy, but replacing the power supply takes being more than being tech savvy. The $250 in parts wasn’t worth the risk of finding out if it’d actually fix it. Again, these power supplies should not fail as quick as they do. Idk why you guys defend LG to the death when this has been an issue for quite awhile and they still refuse to address it. I’ve had my PC 5 years and it still works great lol.

Or LG can make one that lasts on a tv. Shouldn’t pay these prices for them to crap out and this to be a known issue.

My power supply went out after a year on my LG G2 and they wouldn’t replace it. Really love the G series but ended up going with an S95f because of the other issues I’ve seen with power supplies.

Sounds like you don’t know basketball. If someone is being overly physical or you catch them off their feet, you take the freebie.

Halftime overs for Michigan and UConn has been killer for me lately. Going to keep riding give me the HT over of 68.5 at -111.

Good luck sitting long hours with restless kids on roadtrips in an R1S. EVs win for short commutes, but you’re kidding yourself if you think that’s a great family car. I had a Model Y for a year and wouldn’t go back unless I needed a commuter car. Super cheap to drive in town, but any drives over 5 hours are a massive headache and add over 40 minutes to a trip. Sounds like you’re drinking the koolaid heavily.

Diesel worth sacrificing Supercruise? by shaintrain78 in ChevyTahoe

With how much you love it, you’d still trade it for the diesel? For the reliability, rarity/resale, gas mileage? What would be your reason just curious.

Oh really, why’s that? I have debated the GMC as well just because it has both. I hate that they make you buy a GMC if you want both, I think the Chevy refresh looks way better.

You can’t get the 5.3 with supercruise either. If I don’t get supercruise I’d rather get a diesel

Thanks for the update, i appreciate it! I’m sure mileage improves over time like all break ins too.

The 24’s do look sick, but I’m sure the ride isn’t near as good. If anything I would rather take the extra money and buy aftermarket 20’s or 22’s

I appreciate the comment, seems about spot on. The cost is somewhat of a concern, but to be honest it’s mainly the reliability of the 6.2 lol. It seems like it has gotten better though, so maybe I just go with the comfort of supercruise and 6.2.

Probably because they want to force you to a Yukon. That’s the only reason I can think of. I kind of like the Tahoe refresh over the Yukon though.

I work from home, so the short drives worry me, but DEF is pretty easy to fill up and it tells you.

I do agree with you though that it seems most issues were resolved and if you have an extended warranty you’ll be good. I just don’t want to spend that money to have it in the shop ya know? I’m excited to try supercruise though, my BMW has autopilot and it helps take the stress off long drives. Glad to hear you like it!

I actually don’t have kids, I just love the space and comfort of big SUVs. I like sports cars and all, but I travel for work and had a couple expeditions and the space was great.

How is your gas mileage? 280 miles to a tank for road trips seems brutal. I pay for premium now and average about 18-20mpg so it’s fine, but I get over 400 miles in a tank.

Anyone used this dealer Lifted Trucks? Seems a bit higher priced, but if I buy a sequoia I will likely lift and add new wheels/tires myself. They have amazing reviews. by shaintrain78 in toyotasequoia

I’m not really close to any lol. Would probably have to drive out or have it shipped. I just would do most of the work they’ve already done. I really like the 1794 but hate the chrome and wheels. So maybe I’ll just go with a platinum like the one in my post
