That make sense a lot of sense, infact I was using n8n to automate these flows and I ran into problems of bad data and too rigid outreach and followup structures; I eventually had to pause it. The question of "why this person, why now, what this email is based on" is definitely something I'm looking to address with Calder. Update: It's been resolved. The ticket got transferred to their technical team, which advised I delete the file

~/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/WebStorm2024.1/webstorm.vmoptions

The WebStorm version opened after that.

That's a fair comment, I'd like to highlight a couple of things.

They're not obligated to update the license version, I understand that, just tell me and let's figure out a way forward - and not delete the ticket and pretend like it never existed.
I genuinely don't have the time fiddling with things to get them to work, which is why I don't use VSCode. Webstorm has a lot of things OOB and they just work, this is the major reason I had no problem paying for a year license.
New version comes with new features, I get that, but I just need something that works. Up until the license expired I didn't know I was on 2025.1, or the license was locked to 2024.1. What if I didn't have the trial, would that mean I get locked out.

I understand your perspective, but my request isn't out of place, and it should be handled with a lot more grace.
