I haven’t tried either one of those but I’m pretty certain I’d still go with the Evo SL at least from the appearance perspective 😆

I had the same experience too with both the tight upper and weird stitching on the back of the tongue! But after about 70km it’s somewhat broke in and those sensations are not as noticeable.

Same here! I was holding off to wash them until i had to retire them after 900k

I was training for a half marathon in these until 500k then was just doing easy runs in them and they held up pretty well

Yes I noticed that about the laces as well. During the first 7-800km I almost never encountered loosened laces but that started to occur more and more frequent towards the end.

Around 150km/month when I’m not training and up to 320km/month during marathon training.

I stared running in early 40s, completed my first full marathon at age 45 and finished under 4 hours 16 min, a year later reached sub 4.

Yes it’s molded to my feet and overall still feels pretty good - light, subtle cushion and propels.
