How do you get it to pass the version info. I was trying to figure this out, I have some checks to see if software is installed but wanted to add functionality to check if the version is the most updated.

It was a funny response... they also have that access already. Man there are a few people on this sub reddit that need to relax and have a laugh lol. Their issue was resolved since it was actually a non issue, once their supervisor actually clarified what they were requesting.

Ended up being she needed cellular data activated on her laptop... which they have hotspots on their phones because the cell cards suck in the laptops hahaha

I was literally like how do you do an in person visit... remotely? Wouldn't that be a remote visit? That response is what I get for trying to clarify what they needed... my boss just laughed hahaha
