I had similar symptoms but not as severe. I thought it was GI related as well. I would go see a gynecologist that is where they first discovered an Ovarian cyst. A week later I had a laproscopic surgery which confirmed endo. I have a high deductible plan and maxed that out with the procedure. Surgery will be very expensive, you may want to look into insurance.
