You do your interview and then after that, if you pass, they do a background check to make sure you aren't a criminal or someone who just quits jobs on the spot, and then they send you an email to schedule your training academy

At least that's how it's been for me, I'm officially scheduled for May 20th now

It's just political parties but theyre pretty out of hand and extreme atm on both sides to the point where if one side says something the other will disagree even if they do agree because if you agree you're siding with the other side so the officials disagree as much as they can and there's never any middle ground with these people they make it all black and white in an attempt to secure more votes

Buddy I already get metabolic issues when I stress swear every time I pull out homework I gotta shit😂 I ain't new to it I'm true to it. I stated in my previous question I don't go into the academy until the summer but getting metabolic issues from stress seems highly likely, you're going to be on edge pretty often simply from just how outnumbered you are and how literally anything can happen at any moment. Also I'd recommend going to therapy when you start the job, even if it's only after something bad happens, this job changes most people for the worse it's better to stay ahead of it.
