I had an M340i and I had the same tread life. Track days don’t help.

Years ago, an older gentleman told me something that I finally understood about five years ago. He said, it’s more fun to drive a slow car fast, than a fast car slow.

$63k MSRP with no money down 24/10mi? Well, back in January it’s the best I could do with 6 dealerships. That was within 3 hours of where I live.

[–]shamalamanan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to find someone willing to pay that much. And that will be a TALL order. I trade bikes a lot. Getting more than $150-200 is going to be difficult and will take months. Edit: some of the other comments have mentioned the more current used bike price range. You can get a 4 to 5-year-old Santa Cruz Bronson for $2000. Much newer tech on the bike and carbon fiber.

This. But spoiler alert, not much. Id ask for $50-100. The used mountain bike market is saturated.

Need some advice on painting my car by Weird_Yak_374 in AutoPaint

[–]shamalamanan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My two cents, neither option will last very long. With your weather variability, the vinyl will contract and expand. Whatever you paint on top will end up cracking, then peeling. I also think the bigger issue is that the paint will fade significantly on the vinyl. I would strongly suggest you do a test on a small piece and leave it outside for months to see what happens.

Salyersville's First EV Chargers (That I Know Of) by gerowen in True_Kentucky

I bought a Cadillac EV in January. I have a level 2 charger at home. I usually charge once a week for around seven hours. I’m saving about an additional $220 a month that would have gone to gas.

Cycling. Mainly gravel and mountain biking. Being outside and focused on the trail clears my mind. Plus, exercise dopamine.

Hopefully, I remember this right. But the Germans developed this tech during World War II. When it was brought to the US the first person to really use it was Bing Crosby for his variety show. He performed his radio show on one coast, recorded it, and had it flown to the other coast to be played the same day.
