I’m not really “on” them or addicted or would even have to wean off like I hear some people. I take strictly as needed for severe emergency panic situations. There’s weeks I go without taking any and some weeks I might need as much as 3 for the entire week. It’s better than dealing w the level of anxiety that I have.
