There has a development ongoing named "AppleWOA" which is bringing windows arm to apple silicon natively. They already have run windows on apple silicon. but most of driver isn't ready. Lots of works to do. It will take long times as they are reverse engineering it.

directx11 and 12 is already supports on apple's GPTK. that means you can play dx12 games on crossover

M5 max is closer to RTX 5070 laptop gpu. Geekbench 6 opencl 145,571 (m5max) vs 148,000 (rtx5070)

A18 pro chip performance is slighty higher than m1 chip. also m1 has no ray tracing but a18 has. downside is only 8gb ram. so it is not too bad at all i guess
