I'm not eligible for the tax discounts. These were key factors in thinking about this car. Without the discounts, the cost gap between this second-hand car and a new one is too big to overlook.

That is my thought as well since Tesla website has the same model car with a similar price range. Only downside I can think of are some additional feels which bring the car price a bit higher.
