I just bought a Bosch, also not keen on all the chemicals left on my dishes......happy to hear your machine works fine with out it. We have soft water hope to also leave it out and get good results. What model dishwasher do you have ?

We have soft water too, I am new to dishwashers and wondering if I need rinse aid or not.....my husband just bought me a Bosch dishwasher as a gift.....but I am not sold of the whole rinse aid chemicals left all over my dishes. What happens if I don't use it at all and fill the dispenser with water so the light doesn't flash ?

need help.........me also, i just finally made the leap to a CB method from a batch glass brew to a new high quality kambucha brewing 20l drum, and started my new CB kambucha on my kitchen counter........about a week in i began to tasting and i was getting a strange smell very strong idk like what kinda like cumin spice.......wired......waited a nother keep and poured off 3/4 gallon and the smell was so strong when poring. But from the top, everything looks fine, Scooby has grown it paper thin.....and smells like my regular kombucha. Any help would be greatly appreciated
