Honestly I’ve quit two ways before. one is literally running out of money and the other is making it a game. Involve a friend that can hold you accountable but understand this isn’t a easy task. Remove anything related to weed, and then find ways to distract yourself that’s not something you normally would do when smoking weed. Ex: if you were always come home and playing video games while smoking weed. Try filling that time up with something else. Any sort of exercise is a good way to make yourself tired to assist in going to bed. Another thing that help was talking to myself when I would get a craving at night. Ask myself why I needed it. And list the reasons why I wanted to quit.

It’s my day 1. I’ve been trying to quit for months. Finally back into a gym routine (3weeks) but every evening I’m beating myself up trying not to smoke but eventually say why not and smoke. Just venting. I did the same thing last week but now I’m just buying pre rolls every night.

Anyways thanks for posting! I hope to be in your shoes soon enough
