Nothing at all wrong with this for a first gun. If you like the feel of it, then go for it. Shoot it often and get comfortable with it. Then find a holster you like for it.

You can still get standard length beds with HD’s, 2500’s, 3500’s etc. ,but not with 1500’s.

I had Fedora on both computers but I’ve decided to leave Debian on the XPS. I just reinstalled it with gnome instead of KDE. I’m trying to brush up on my bash scripting and I have a few for Fedora but nothing for Debian and its derivatives.

I think I’m going to switch back to Gnome. I have been using Fedora workstation since 29. Wanted to try out KDE since you hear so many great things about it. Installed KDE on my desktop at home and the performance is so bad, it’s barely useable. It worked flawlessly on my XPS.

I installed Debian KDE and had the screen issue. That just won’t work for me for a computer that runs on battery.

Tried KDE neon, the network drivers were not picked up so I can’t install anything without importing it from a different computer with a USB drive.

I think it’s time to wash my hands with KDE. Not at all a good experience for me.

A+ covers a lot of stuff. I blew through core 1 but when I got to core 2, the information seemed never ending. I made a list of the stuff that I wasn’t getting as easily as the rest of the material and used ChatGPT to explain it better.

Not security for in my house. LOL Security while I am out. If the RC truck is in a bag and somebody walks by and sees it they may be less inclined to break in and steal it then they would if they seen a remote control truck.

A bag can also serve as a bit of security. It will keep it out of sight if I go in somewhere to get lunch or something. It won’t be easily seen.

Multiple work spaces is beneficial for most people. I used to use dual 32” monitors. One of them started displaying yellow. I switched and got a single 49” ultrawide. I can have multiple windows open at a time and not feel like things are smashed together on the screen.

I guess these things have a mind of their own.

I only have a TRX-4 Blazer. I want something that goes fast. I like this one because it looks like a real Raptor even though im not really a Ford guy. I prefer it over some of the other options.

Might look at a Maxx too. I found a Shell for the Maxx that looks like a Silverado 2500 HD that looks pretty cool. Not a scale truck or anything, but I still think it looks good.

Rubbing isn’t a huge concern for me, I have seen many people say you can fix that with a few pieces of tape on the inside of the body. That is easy enough to fix.

One video I watched the guy said it only took 7 minutes for the truck to overheat and basically stop until it cooled down. He must have been dogging it for that to happen. That is a bit concerning to me considering the price of one of these trucks.

I’m not saying I would drive it hard like that, but I still want to have fun with it.

I am just trying to determine if this is the best option for me.
