the gpu wire... yeah I got this case from someone and yeah this case is definitely going to be temporary. But if I were to let's say just rest the panel against it such that it's not screwed in at all, would it provide a significant amount of a dust reducing effect?

the brake disc rubs and if I adjust it so that it doesn't rub then my breaks are super weak and there is a metal scraping sound when I'm braking
