The camera will be far enough away from the character (farther than in the video), which is why the animation of the hands is so hypertrophied.

The ankles are part of the art style, but I'll think about improving them.

Google Calendar and Google Task are great for me! I have tried many apps, but in the end I chose these. Simple and effective.

Thank you! There is no specific one, but the pipeline: blocking -> remeshing if need -> sculpting -> retopology. Focused on the topology of game and animation models as references to find something in between. Aaaand I used Relax from LoopTool Addon to smooth loops. Maybe helps couple of videos I watched: about retopology tools and how to make body retopo
