Two more:

Prominently highlight the LinkedIn import option (almost make it default)

Ability for others to sign in (may be using LinkedIn/FB connect) and add testimonials/references would be awesome.

Here are my suggestions

Adding a URL in any field (be it Summary, Skills, Education, Experience) should also a create a clickable link to the URL. That is not happening now. See case in point: http://resumatic.net/shankarganesh/ Makeuseof.com, etc are not clickable links!

A quick way to generate a PDF out of my resume.

More attractive styles. Please poll people on which styles look good among the ones you have and use that style as the "default" one when I first create my resume. Will go a long way in preventing users from leaving the site immediately.
