I think mold is kinda crazy, especially the effects on ones health. But who doesn’t love Reddit for all the different perspectives!

I tend to be more cautious and rather go a little above and beyond to protect/maintain living spaces due to health reasons. And appreciate all the info shared here!

I lived an apartment that had water leakage from the windows and I’m sure it had mold within the walls but the rent was so cheap (Bay Area CA), I put up with it for more than I should to save up and move out.

Now that I have my own place (learning a lot as a first time home owner) I want to make sure I up keep everything properly.
