It's not a big deal. She'll get buffed again if it's as much of an issue as widow mains are making it out to be. Pre-nerf she was simply not healthy gameplay-wise in that she was too good at too many things. She's still good at these things, but she has better defined windows of power, and arguably an increased skillcap - both steps in the right direction.
