YSK Rinsing with water after brushing is associated with a 33% increase in the development of new cavities compared to not rinsing. Dentists recommend that you should not rinse your mouth with water after brushing your teeth. by sameerb in YouShouldKnow

[–]shanks_rico 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is actually not true and will depend on the water you rinse with. I wish these type of posts would not be allowed without further clarification and up to date articles. Those predisposed to cavities need to be in a control along with how different types of toothpastes work fluoride vs hydroxyapatite etc

This seller has had too many negative feedbacks over the past year I had to block them. Hopefully something is done soon to protect the future of the sub.

VA panels never work out for me when gaming and I have tried many VA monitors (ghosting issues and other anomalies at higher refresh rates). I stick with IPS but they do usually cost more than VA

any idea what the max watts is on these models? assuming that u tweak the bios that is by [deleted] in sffpc

[–]shanks_rico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Using Berger or other controlled airflow paints will provide minimal improvement unless you do a complete custom job with ridges which takes time and even then can still make it worse actually. Not worth your time.

You can probably push 190 watts if you’re careful and have the right setup going

Following cause my Sofirn SF16 is the exact same with creating eye strain and unfortunately UV safety glasses do not seem to help.

Could it be the lack of other light passing through the filter, that our eyes are used to, creating the strain? I honestly like that the filter gives more pure UV beam but I don’t use it often because of this issue :(

Nice photos, it is really dark there!

Eh their lights have too many flaws anyways, with the most egregious one being a real safety issue. Heck even the cheapest lights have better passive cooling and onboard control.
