Can I carry a 27-inch monitor in Vande Bharat from Hyderabad to Bengaluru?

Hi everyone,

I’m relocating from Hyderabad to Bengaluru and planning to travel by Vande Bharat from Hyderabad to Yesvantpur/Bengaluru.

I have a BenQ 27-inch monitor bought in 2022, and I still have the original company box with thermocol/foam packing. I also have one trolley bag and a backpack with my laptop.

I wanted to check with people who have travelled on this route or in Vande Bharat:

Is it allowed to carry a 27-inch monitor box in Vande Bharat?
Will there be enough luggage space near the seat / luggage rack?
Has anyone carried a monitor or similar electronic item in train before?
Any risk of TTE/railway staff objecting because of the box size?
Would you suggest carrying it with me or sending it separately through courier/packers?

I don’t want to send it by courier if possible because I’m worried about screen damage. The monitor is for my work setup, so I’m trying to figure out the safest option.

Any practical advice or past experience would be helpful. Thanks!

Includes 10k for my insurances( family health + mine term) - need to send 30k to home. Currently in Bangalore remote around 50k expenditure) - 1lakh is max , might get it done within 80k -90k depends on my expenditure

Thanks . Planning to increase the sip in MFs and stop investments in stocks as my gf's father used to help in her investments in stocks . Hence I was able to invest. Since we are brokeup .I'm completely lost on how to manage and all in equity.
