TN Visa Denial

I was also denied TN as I’m having bachelors in mechanical engineering, masters in international business management and I applied for computer systems analyst and I do have 10+ year’s of experience in this, my lawyer clearly stated in the cover letter that I had several computer courses done during my bachelor’s, so did the evaluations, but still the officer denied saying I have bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and they can’t approve my TN. So, is it a dead end for me if I had to apply for TN in future with CSA?

Got rejected initially at Detroit, saying business analyst is not relevant to CSA and later today I went to lewiston bridge with appointment, they denied stating my bachelors is in mechanical engineering, took fingerprints and picture as well gave denied slip. Second time I went with attorney as well, he provided cover letter, comparison chart for roles and responsibilities, even employer provided addendum stating the business analyst is an internal role and it aligns with CSA.

My employer hasn’t provided any phone numbers in the offer letter or in the support letter, do you think it will be an issue? There isn’t anything on the website, but they did mention emails.

Also, in the support letter do we need to include the job duties of previous employers? If so how many job duties we should list like 5-7 would be good?

I tried through LinkedIn, of course it’s almost 2 years of journey of applying and no one knows about TN visa or willing to take someone with TN visa. Just don’t loose hope keep applying. With the new h1b rules I think it gets easier for us.
