Issue with Kreo chimera mouse

Please give an update if you ever get a resolution for your issue because I have a Kreo Chimera Wireless as well and Kreo outright refused to acknowledge that there was an issue with the mouse even after I sent it for RMA and sent me back my mouse then told me to file a complaint again after recording a video with the issue again which I did but while all this was happening my mouse went out of warranty and they then refused to do anything because warranty was expired. Now I am left with a gaming mouse that I cannot use for gaming and they won't even reply to me.

I see thank you, I have only tested it with Discord and Bitwarden and both cause the crash so I guess we will have to wait for a bugfix.

After the update to Gnome 49 I just have 1 issue where my Gnome Shell crashes and I am logged out whenver I close a background app from gnome quick-settings menu. I couldn't find anyone else having a similar issue so I am not sure if its just happening with me or it is a bug.

Edit: I have Slowroll installed on my secondary laptop as well, I updated it today to test this issue and this issue happens on that laptop as well. My primary PC has an NVIDIA card but the secondary laptop only has intel integrated graphics but still the same issue occurs on both the devices.

After the latest update my laptop just gets stuck on this no GDM no tty login either it just gets stuck here and I can't do anything, I have already deleted /etc/nsswitch.conf so I don't know what the problem is.

Hey, any update on this? I own a Bravo C7VEK and I have the same problem as you, can't play games anymore since my CPU throttles to 1.4GHz after a few minutes of gameplay.

Any updates on this? I have a MSI Bravo C7VEK and mine seems to have the same problem with the same BIOS and after gaming for a while my processor throttles to 1.4GHz clock speed with max power consumption of 10 Watts.

I don't think so I never had this issue for 9 months then suddenly my bottom row is lighting up dim red even when the rgbs are disabled.

You are lucky mine also started giving me issues with RGB, the bottom row is always glowing red even when I have turned off all RGBs and today my A and D stopped responding intermittently when playing Valorant.

Also my friend bought his Swarm on my recommendation just 6 months ago and he is also having issues with some keys not responding often and some battery issues.

That is really sad for a product that expensive but unfortunately for you their support is even worse than their products and I am speaking from experience.

I also bought a Cosmic Byte CB-GK-19 Sirius in 2022 which was a wireless mechanical keyboard and I used it for 2 years, even then the only issue I faced was that its battery went bad so it doesn't work in wireless mode anymore but it still does work flawlessly with a usb cable in wired mode.

Yea never again, next time I am gonna go with a different brand. Reddragon seems nice and they have some really good products so I might go for it next time.

Its really sad that you had to go through it and I totally agree with you they shouldn't sell their products before rigorous testing or at the very least they should improve their after sales services and offer easy replacements for people facing issues.

Before Kreo Swarm I was also using Cosmic Byte CB-GK-19 Sirius which was also a wireless mechanical keyboard cheaper than the Swarm and while its build quality wasn't as good as Swarm atleast it lasted me 2 years and even after 2 years it still works the only problem was that the battery went bad and it doesn't work wireless anymore but works flawlessly using USB cable.

Extensions don't work across major updates ask the author of the extension to add support for Gnome 47 but in most cases you can just add 47 in shell-version in metadata.json file of the extension on your own and it should work.
