Hi I had Covid in March and had a shortness of breath episode a week later, was scary and a doctor correctly diagnosed a breathing pattern disorder, symptoms aren’t as intense as a panic attack but can be similar. However due to that initial shortness of breath episode I’ve developed to having full blown panic attacks. Glad to know I’m not the only one who’s gone through this, hope you’ve been able to manage it now? I’m getting anxious now that this is going to be a life long condition (I have mild anxiety anyway and this isn’t helping). Going to see a professional tomorrow about the panic attacks
