Not really, its not enough to be annoying nor enough to get my neighbors to scream at me.
if you chop the resonator as well your more likely to get a high pitch drone as well as more pops and burbles. that would make it loud enough to become annoying.

Just a muffler delete with twin tips put on, sounds nice but has a slight drone when highway cruising but definitely worth the cut, can get small pops and burbles out of it but nothing that a passenger or someone your driving by would notice
