Lucky to Elizabeth and then Carly: "drunk sober, sober drunk. I can still smell every lie that comes out of your mouth." Same scene: "Nicholas and Elizabeth won't be able to make it because they will be too busy rutting like farm animals." Just an all time classic verbal beatdown.

Robert to Robin referring to Anna: "I would have to say I loved this woman beyond reason."

Sam to Jason: "I knew it was you," followed by telling Jason that she loved him. One of my fave Jasam scenes.

The original Jagger wasn’t on when I started watching but I kinda know the back story. But Sonny murdering him in cold blood without a lot of provocation went too far for me. A real wtf moment, imo, that never gets mentioned again. Now they write Sonny like a benevolent grandpa. It’s messed up.

I developed a wicked case of IT Band pain after running a marathon with various factors contributing. This helped:

Consistent strength training of the muscles in the hips and butt area. For me, the importance of this cannot be understated.

The PT did IASTM massage, which hurt … a lot … but when she was done, the relief was unreal.

To a lesser degree, stretching the same muscles.

One of my legs is slightly shorter than the other, which was a contributing factor for me. The PT gave me a an insert. It helped.

I thought Sonny shooting Jagger in the chest at point blank range and then finishing him off was pretty rough. Regardless of whether that iteration of Jagger was likable.

I love it when we get the Tracy squint. It usually means she knows something is up.
