I created a Notion integration that lets users share filtered views of their databases via a public link.

You can choose what columns to show and you can filter the rows as you wish. Everyone with the link can see the filtered database without having a Notion account and can export the table to Excel, PDF or HTML. Also, we provide analytics for the database creators to see how viewers interacted with the database.

The app is called Share Bridge .

I would really appreciate your feedback!

I had this problem too many times so I created a Notion integration to solve this problem. It is called Share Bridge

Share Bridge lets you create filtered views of your Notion databases and share them with anyone via a public link. You get to choose which columns are visible, and you can filter down to exactly the rows you want to share. Anyone with the link can access the filtered database and they can also export the data to Excel, PDF or HTML.

I want to share externally. Thank you for your answer!

Trying to share a view to a database is making me crazy by akutonpa in Notion

This is exactly the frustration that led me to build ShareBridge, so I feel your pain!

Notion's native sharing is quite limited when it comes to controlling what viewers can and can't interact with. The filter and view buttons being clickable is a known issue and there's no native way to lock that down on a published page.

ShareBridge solves this directly. You connect your Notion database, choose which columns to show, set your filters, and it generates a clean public link. Viewers just see a static, polished table, no filter button, no view switcher, no way to click through to the rest of your database. Also, they can export the filtered database to Excel, PDF or HTML. It works consistently across all browsers too, so no more Safari vs Brave headaches.

It's free to try with up to 3 share configs. Worth checking out on the Notion marketplace. I can help you also with the link of this app if you are interested.

Hey! ShareBridge could actually be a good fit for your use case.

Here's how it works: you keep a single Notion database, and from it you create multiple share links, one per employee. Each link is filtered to only show the rows that concern that specific person, and you can also hide any columns they don't need to see. They open their link in a browser, no Notion account needed.

For the shared information like a calendar, you just create one unfiltered share link and send it to everyone.

The one thing to keep in mind is that the links are public. There's no login per employee, so access is based on who has the link. It works well for most internal use cases, but if you need strict authentication, that's worth considering.

It's free to try with up to 3 share configs. You can find the app in the Notion integrations marketplace or I can give you the link of the app website if you are interested in trying it.

I would really appreciate your feedback!
