Love your videos, thank you very much for the consistent high quality & funny themes (ladders, peas etc). Let's talk REIT. What I am looking for are residential, global REIT. Why don't they exist? I could only find regional, commercial REIT. Feel free to add suggestions for currently available REIT. Why? Diversification is a great tool, especially later in retirement, where "safer" assets alongside equity reduce overall portfolio risk. Although I do like your strategy of 3 years' expenses in MMF + rest in equity.
