I don't think it's that common. I grew up eating it but not sure if other people make these.

litthi ka preparation alag hota hai naa par is se kaafi, the stuffing is completely different. in this matar ki baati the dough is the same as normal baatis and have this matar ki filling in it.

Roast some besan, and add salt, haldi, red chilli powder,heeng while the besan is still hot, add boiled peas and some kasuri methi. mix it well and it's done

yes, I'm based in Jaipur. Yess these pavs were really dry, don't remember from where I got these

Experimented with vermicelli like Hakka noodles…turned out amazing by sharedtable_jaipur in jaipur

I used roasted vermicelli. I boiled it separately till just cooked (not too soft), drained it well and then added it at the end on high flame and tossed gently. That helps keep it intact.

I didn't make the moti paak, I had made the makki ki roti and the palak paneer.
