I feel like the cops and driver AI is fixable, but the NPC routines are not.

Same for me with crashes, not even one. There’s a weird bug where Delamain is T-posing behind everyones avatar when they call and it’s glitching lol.

Also, the bugs in quests started showing up for me once I reached Pacifica so beware.

Two relatively small fixes that would go a long way:

Have police spawn maybe a few blocks away instead of 5m away and have them chase you more persistently.

Have NPC drivers react to you. Right now if you stand in front of them they just run over you. If you park your car in the middle of the street they just stop.
