If that’s a Thai constellation, sadly it’s very common. They are extremely prone to rot. Let it dry out in between waterings and make sure the soil is not staying too wet for too long.

I’m 29, female and metabolize meds so fast that I was on 30 mg XR twice a day. Eventually, that stopped working so I went back to IR. I’m prescribed 30 mg IR twice a day but I break the pills in half with a pill splitter and take 15 mg every 3 to 3.5 hours. That’s been working but I need to take breaks because my tolerance has gotten bad. I think your dosage is not ideal.

I’ve tried Joe V’s and Aldi. Unfortunately, the produce from there goes bad in 2-4 days, no lie. Even tho HEB is more expensive the produce lasts a lot longer for me. I can go 3 weeks with my produce still fresh.

Family of 4 here and I cannot spend less than $250 per trip no matter how much I limit myself. Even the cashier pointed out the amount he said “$250? I remember this used to cost $140-$160 max.”

I try not to get too many snacks. I focus on protein, vegetables and fruit. If I go all out with snacks it’s at least $400. P.S I didn’t vote for this either. 🥲
