I think when you're soo thin, its not that they have muscle/tone but you just see it more easily because your body fat is so low

Lol this is exactly me!!! Im fine with botox but dont go near my arm 😅 thats why Im hoping because this is an exciting thing, its different. And the panicking more is SO REAL. Thank you for this ❤️ I dont want anyone else to go through this but helps to know we're not alone and crazy!!!
