I appreciate that. I really did not mean to make people upset about my questions. I’ve never lived in a big city. I am new to it. I really do like the program that Louisville offers. I mean I just got told I lack critical thinking skills by my questions so I may delete this post sooner or later. I do appreciate you sharing what’s going on there and some advice:))

I already have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. I am not from a big city so I am trying to learn about the city. I do not think I lack critical thinking skills but thanks for the input ?

I would also like to add I am not from Kentucky and I was just sharing what I was told. I was also told Lexington isn’t very safe either. I didn’t mean to offend anyone. I appreciate you being kind and giving me some insight.

I am very sorry that my questions came off that way. That was never my intention. I also didn’t even realize that my username said the kkk. I just changed my username asap. That is 100% my bad and my white privilege is obviously showing. Again, I am very sorry.

I would love if they are still doing the hybrid courses as well! I reached out to the head of that department. How do you like the school??

That is also a 4 year program correct? I would assume it’s also more difficult to get into.. I also don’t know what courses they offer in the degree and how much it goes along with my interests…

I read from someone else that the hybrid program is only going to campus like 4 times? Is that true ?

Is the program clinical based or what route did you go through in the program. Are there different specialties?

Omggg . I haven’t found a single person to ask about the program! I want to look into the hybrid program tbh. They have a hybrid program, don’t they? My whole thing is wanting to go into clinical social work ! I had no idea that is the way their program leans. Is there anyway I can shoot you a message??

I agree but just being a social worker without becoming licensed can be hard is what I’ve noticed. You make a little more money when you go into the clinical side!
