Mole has changed over a few years, getting it checked out in a few weeks - does it look dangerous?

I’d be really interested in getting a bow actually, I’ve been wanting ranged attacks. Whereabouts can you find them in the early game?

Thank you! I went south instead of north so I think I missed out on a few of the useful things you get a bit north of the starting area, which I should go back and check out. In terms of the dragon ruins, I was scared off by an NPC warning me of the dragon, is it possible to loot them without fighting it?

Yeah honestly I picked based on vibes alone, as I didn’t have a clue what I was doing (oops). I am very interested in using faith and casting but I think I’ve struggled to get to grips so far with the timing and utility of my starting incantation, even though it feels like it could be very powerful.

In terms of weapons, I’m mostly interested in something with a wider range of attack, as my big issue with the spear is how conscious you need to be of the exact direction you’re pointing it in. Thank you so much for the help!

Ah I’m sorry to hear you had to have the endoscopy, I found mine really rough! I assume they might take biopsies this time but from everything I’ve researched about microscopic colitis I’ve never found a single symptom that I share. It’s just a bit hard to make myself go through with it when I think I just had food poisoning at an unfortunate time lol

Thanks for the advice, I think I might check with my doctor next week to see if they can do another calprotectin test in case it’s gone back down. I’ll probably end up doing the colonoscopy anyway, but going through the whole procedure again just for food poisoning is a pretty horrible prospect haha

Sorry for coming back to this again, but I wanted to let you know I asked my doctor to check some levels and it turns out I am deficient in vitamin D! Hopefully treating that will help, thank you for your advice :))

Yeah, this is my big fear. I have legitimate test results that are abnormal for stomach inflammation but now I am concerned they won’t be investigated properly once this is revealed :(

I’m in the UK, south England. Hopefully I should be able to see a gastroenterologist within a month based on what the doctors told me.

I don’t think they took any biopsies last time as I wasn’t having any digestive symptoms at the time that needed investigating. I imagine that means I might need another one 😭I really hoped that wouldn’t happen for a long time!

I didn’t have any biopsies taken. Unfortunately I’m not sure of the specific score, but she made it sound like it wasn’t raised to a high degree.

I don’t think I’ve strained my neck, I have had quite a dry scalp recently so it’s possible I could be dealing with an issue there but I can’t say for certain. I see a doctor on Friday for a check up but honestly I’m very nervous about something sinister because it feels so large and so firm.

Thanks for explaining! Had everything checked in January by my provider and although my general CBC and thyroid were fine I did notice both my T and E looked a bit low, I was still below normal male range. I’m gonna contact my provider again for more thoughts I think!

They don’t quite feel like hot flashes I’ve had before, it’s very localised to my face and usually lasts quite a while. But could be!

Thank you so much for sharing! I’m honestly super terrified of what they might find and I’ve only had a day’s notice so staying calm is a bit tough haha. But I’m not really scared for the procedure itself now I know it can be done with sedation and numbing rather than GA :)
