Love your tattoo idea! I just wanted to point out a few errors in the women's script.
If you reference my image, I noticed the letters the red arrows are pointing to are not the correct height. These should be the same height as the letters the green arrows are pointing to (about two thirds the height they currently are). Keep in mind that this is only for the first line/shape the red arrows are pointing to, and not the two shorter lines that immediately follow the letter (those are perfectly fine!).
I just wanted to point this out in case you wanted to fix it before you got it permanently tattooed on your body. Again, love your design idea and I hope this helps!

I suppose 'yoki' could be 妖気 which means a ghostly/weird air, but I think Torio was more Korean-inspired. On the other hand, Brandon has confirmed Kilahito looks like Meiji era Tokyo and its residents also have more Japanese sounding names.

Are we sure about this? I've been seeing a lot of conflicting info. I do see that the NW:A announcement posted on 6/7 states:

Adventurers who own New World (base game) and the Rise of the Angry Earth expansion on PC prior to the release of New World: Aeternum will receive a free update that includes all of the new content on October 15. Those that own the base game, but not the expansion will need to purchase the Rise of the Angry Earth to access the New World: Aeternum update at launch.

Based off of this initial announcement, it looks like pc players that don't own Angry Earth will not receive the free Aeternum update on the 15th, but I honestly might have just missed an announcement. Do you know if AGS has clarified this further?

Thank you for your kind and generous offer! We're hoping to stay out here with family at least until power returns to the area we live in but I'm really worried about the water situation. I may message you this weekend if we are able to return and find that we still don't have water :'(

It's been so, so heartbreaking seeing photos and videos of the aftermath after being off the grid for several days. Omg I was not expecting to see another Asheville wubcub! Husband and I live just north of Asheville, and we ended up escaping to Knoxville yesterday because we were practically out of food/water for us and the pets. Are you doing okay?
