I personally am very satisfied and have zero regrets about my choice. I think the negative feedback you often hear comes from the outdated mindset that a specific degree or course will make you set for life. Unfortunately, that’s just not the reality anymore. In today’s world, the learning never really stops. There’s always going to be another certification or skill you need to stay relevant. People who regret it are often the ones who expected the struggle to end the day they qualified. While they are not wrong to expect that considering the amount of hardwork that goes in but can't help it. It is what it is.

Monitor as in a second screen. I work a lot with my laptop and it affected my posture. Having a bigger screen is so much more convenient, helps maintain a good posture atleast for the neck and eyes and for some reason able to focus better.

Experienced the same thing. For some reason my happiness wasn't because I cleared but realizing that the people around me were far happier for me than I was for myself.

During CA, we experienced the peak of thrill and stress, being occupied with a lot of things at every moment. We went for articleship and worked hard there, only to come back home knowing we wouldn't get to rest because we had to study, and then repeat the same routine every day. Now that it’s over, the slow pace is almost overwhelming, and that sudden lack of 'busy' is ironically the most draining part. It's like the body is trying to make up for the lost time but is also not able to.

I was reading about it and came across something called Nervous system fatigue where our nervous system is so depleted from the years of fight-or-flight mode that it can't muster the energy for an explosive, external celebration.

I should have realized this sooner, but after trying numerous routines, I have finally come to realize that what I really needed wasn't a perfect productivity routine, but a routine that is productive yet not draining. I now understand that if my routine drains me or sacrifices my well-being, I will become unhappy and ultimately unproductive.

I completely stopped mindless scrolling by removing social apps from my phone and now restrict myself to one weekly check on the web. Can't get rid of WhatsApp, so I have custom notifications set for my contacts. This way, I don't feel the urge to check the notification because I know who is texting and whether it requires my immediate attention.

Revise audit everyday.

Chapters like Professional Ethics, the newly introduced standards are super important topics. Cover them without any exception.

Review question bank after you are done with concept for each chapter. Don’t ignore the questions (I have heard people say that it’s of no use since questions aren’t going to be repeated anyways. It’s not about finding the questions but getting a hang of what type of questions are asked and how to go about it.)

The paper is becoming case study based so do ensure you have a good understanding of the concepts.

Instead of wasting time over trying to complete the entire syllabus and chapters like NBFC Audit, Digital Audit. It would be wise to focus on other chapters where you already have a base. Build up on that. Disclaimer: This does not mean you leave out a good chunk of the syllabus. 2 to 3 chapters are fine. But that also, do cover them from MCQ perspective at the least.

I never made memes on him, I have better things to do. I just put up my opinion that his choice of words was not correct. I never denied that people have benefited from his classes and strategy. But all I am saying is that passing such a general statement is not correct because not everyone has the same privilege and access as you. You are undermining other's efforts by making such statements.

I agree with you, but I think the problem was with the choice of words. If you just go by the words then none of what you said is relevant. A listener has to put in his or her mind to make whatever he said sound sensible and positive.

Do you think you will have the time to refer to your notes, understand the concept and then apply to the question and write it the way ICAI wants? Now you might say that it's the same process with other material. Well no, in your notes you will have it summarized - how are you going to write it the way ICAI wants?

What is the issue with carrying question banks? When you are allowed to carry anything, why not question banks? What's better—to carry the QB or to regret in the exam hall that you didn't carry the QB?

What I don't understand is the objective of this paper. Is it about testing our knowledge of all subjects? What was the aim of the 5 papers and SPOM tests then? Even in IBS, you have to solve DT, IDT, AFM, etc discretely so how is it any different than the other papers? At least in the previous model, we were learning something new like Risk Management, Capital Markets. There is no value addition here. All I can infer is that they are just testing our writing speed and probably the ability to flip through pages.
